Reservation
An inquiry does not reserve inventory. A reservation becomes confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation, accepts the applicable rental terms and completes any required payment or deposit.
Pickup and return
Pickup and return are by appointment at the location shared with confirmed customers. Customers should arrive within the agreed window and return all rental pieces in the same general condition in which they were received, allowing for normal use.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for safe transportation, secure placement, weather protection where applicable and preventing misuse of rental items while in their possession.
Delivery and setup
Delivery and setup are not included by default. When available, they are quoted separately and apply only to the services stated in the confirmed quote.
Custom pieces
Custom fabrication may require additional lead time and may be non-refundable once production begins. Final terms should be included in the custom quote.
