It has to photograph well
A rental can be physically attractive and still disappear in photos. We look for scale, contrast and recognizable shape because those qualities help a piece earn its place in the collection.
It should solve more than one event
Versatile inventory can work across birthdays, showers, graduations, weddings and dinners. A piece that only fits one hyper-specific theme has to justify the storage and handling it requires.
Transport matters
Pickup-first inventory has to be realistic for customer vehicles or clearly communicated when special transport is needed. Fragility, weight and awkward dimensions are part of the product decision.
Condition has to be confirmable
Before promising an item for an event, we need to be able to inspect it, confirm what is included and communicate any limitations. That is why this site uses inquiry-first availability instead of pretending every item is always bookable.
The collection should feel like one brand
Black, white, greenery, warm light and clean custom details can mix across many occasions. The collection grows best when new pieces strengthen that visual language instead of creating a random warehouse.
